How does the M&A Advisory Board work?
Working with you, we prepare a deal briefing paper which is put before carefully selected members of the M&A Advisory Board. The process culminates with a session between you and the Board, facilitated by Beyond the Deal, which goes through your deal.
The session is completely confidential, and can be conducted anonymously if desired. It is also carried out in a supportive and calm atmosphere. This is no Dragon’s Den inquisition but an authoritative support system.
Using your objectives and following your agenda, the Board analyses issues which could cause problems, offering solutions, insight and advice.
